Peter Giacalone leads the property management division at ENG Properties, overseeing operations, portfolio performance, leasing strategy, and long-term asset management across San Diego County. With extensive experience managing large-scale residential portfolios, Peter has played a key role in the growth and continued success of ENG Properties as one of San Diego's trusted family-owned real estate firms. Known for his leadership, market knowledge, and operational expertise, Peter works closely with property owners and investors to protect assets, maximize returns, and deliver a high level of service and oversight.

Katy Sullivan specializes in residential sales, acquisitions, and helping clients build long-term wealth through homeownership. As a third-generation Realtor and part of the family behind ENG Properties, Katy is known for her approachable personality, strong communication, and hands-on guidance throughout the buying and selling process. From first-time buyers to growing families and investors, she is passionate about helping clients find the right fit while making the process feel exciting, informed, and supported.

Kelley began her property management career with Willin Properties in 1985 and has built more than three decades of experience in the industry. For the past eleven years, she has served as a Broker Associate with ENG Properties, specializing in client relations and property improvement projects. As ENG’s Office Manager and the Property Manager for several of the company’s largest properties, Kelley is known for her dedication to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. A lifelong San Diegan, Kelley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Environment from San Diego State University. She comes from a long line of Helix High School alumni, including her parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and even her daughter—proudly carrying on the family tradition (Go Scotties!). Outside of work, Kelley is an avid fan of the San Diego Padres and enjoys spending her free time gardening.
Having worked in property management since 1989 and joined the ENG Properties team in 2014, Sharlotte brings a depth of knowledge that owners and tenants alike can count on. Her career has spanned onsite management, regional oversight, and third-party property management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on every aspect of the industry. Sharlotte holds a real estate license, maintains active membership with ARM, and stays current on industry trends and legislation through ongoing education with the Apartment Association. Her approach is straightforward: get the job done right. She takes pride in drawing on her experience to protect the interests of both owners and tenants while building genuine, lasting relationships. Outside of the office, Sharlotte enjoys date nights with her husband, spending time with her granddaughter, and making trips to Disneyland whenever she can, because it is truly the happiest place on Earth.

Gary Crowe brings over two decades of property management experience to the ENG Properties team, having begun his career in affordable housing management in downtown San Diego back in 2001. Since joining ENG in 2020, he has channeled that deep foundation into market rate residential property management, giving every property and every situation the same level of care and attention he has always been known for. Coworkers and clients alike will tell you that Gary gets things done right the first time, approaching each unique challenge with focus and dedication. His combination of long-term industry knowledge and genuine commitment to doing the job well makes him a trusted resource for owners and residents throughout San Diego County.
Clint has been working in property management since 2021 and brings real estate experience dating back to 2015. At ENG Properties, he specializes in unit turns, leasing, and maintenance, using his strong communication skills and attention to detail to support tenants, vendors, and property owners throughout the management process. An SDSU alumnus with a degree in Journalism and Advertising, Clint also brings a valuable marketing background with experience in hotels, resorts, property sales, and rentals. His ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly helps ensure properties are well cared for and client needs are handled efficiently. Outside of work, Clint enjoys spending time with his family, taking on DIY projects, and gardening.
Zachary Bailey is a Property Manager with ENG Properties and has been working in real estate since 2012. A licensed California real estate professional, Zach brings more than a decade of experience in property management, client relations, contract negotiation, sales, and business development. In his role, he oversees residential properties, coordinates maintenance and vendor relationships, communicates with owners and tenants, and works to ensure each property operates efficiently while protecting his clients’ investments. Known for being responsive, approachable, and solution-oriented, Zach values clear communication, accountability, and practical problem-solving. Originally from Southern California, he earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Business from Long Beach City College and is passionate about helping people, building strong communities, and creating positive experiences for the clients and residents he serves. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new adventures.
Mackenzie Wise joined ENG Properties in 2025 and brings a strong background in customer service and management to her role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and is passionate about providing excellent service to both residents and property owners. Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to create a personalized experience, Mackenzie takes pride in listening carefully to clients' needs and building positive relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, hiking, and camping with her two dogs, and values spending quality time with her close-knit family and friends.
Kristen brings more than two decades of real estate experience to the ENG Properties team, with a background that spans transactions, leasing, compliance, escrow, title, and file review. She began her career in 2004 as a Transaction Coordinator at Prudential CA Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway, in Rancho Santa Fe, where she also served as an on-site leasing agent and developed a strong foundation in both real estate operations and client service. After earning her real estate license in 2009, Kristen continued building a well-rounded career across several areas of the industry before returning to property management in 2024. At ENG Properties, she focuses on showing properties and processing applications, bringing a steady, positive, and helpful approach to every client interaction. Outside of work, Kristen is a lifelong music enthusiast, a dedicated vegetarian of more than 30 years, and a proud mother to her nine-year-old son, who means the world to her.



Samantha joined ENG in November 2025 as the Maintenance Coordinator, where she coordinates vendor dispatches, manages in-house technician schedules, communicates with property owners, managers, and tenants, and assists with invoicing for the accounting team. Her professional background is rooted in retail and customer service, with five years of experience as a store manager and several years in supervisory and assistant management roles. She began her career at age 17 as a hostess in a family-owned restaurant, which helped build the customer-focused approach she carries into her work today. Colleagues know Samantha as someone who is dependable, responsive, and always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. She takes pride in staying organized, solving problems efficiently, and ensuring tasks are completed promptly. Outside of work, Samantha is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys exploring new places and experiences whenever she can.

Chase Eichinger joined ENG Properties as an intern in May 2024 and transitioned to a full-time Executive Assistant role in June 2025, working directly alongside leadership on company operations, technology implementation, and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day, he develops custom software, builds and optimizes internal workflows, and provides operational support across the property management, leasing, and accounting teams. Chase holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Financial Services from San Diego State University, graduating in 2025. Outside of work, he is a music producer, songwriter, recording artist, and DJ who primarily creates electronic, R&B, and hip-hop. He channels that same creative problem-solving into his consulting company, Chase Your Solutions LLC, where he helps small businesses streamline operations and build custom technology solutions.

Irene Rios has been a valued part of ENG Properties since 2021 and brings more than 30 years of experience in property management and real estate. As part of the front desk, reception, and administrative team, Irene helps keep daily operations running smoothly while providing a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for clients, residents, owners, and vendors. A San Diego native, she brings a strong understanding of the local community along with a helpful, positive, and service-minded approach to her work. Coworkers and clients appreciate Irene for her warmth, reliability, and genuine drive to help wherever she can. Outside of work, Irene enjoys reading, listening to music, and cooking.
